Simple to understand, low fees, and I like that they guide you to a portfolio that fits your goals. Definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a hassle-free way to invest. ### 5/5 — Luckily I have invested with Endowus *2024-07-19, version 2.8.4* I was thinking between Stash Away and Endowus. Finally chose Endowus. If I had chose Stashaway I would have made 20% less due to their active asset allocation strategy where they bought and sell China assets at the wrong time. I think it was around year 2020. Endowus and global market returns 20% and Stashaway was like 1%. Maybe that’s the reason why CPF approved Endowus. They are using tried and tested strategies. ### 5/5 — The only wealth app you need… *2022-01-16, version 1.6.3* A dedicated wealth management team with new features and portfolios added frequently. I personally like the customer surveys sent to gather our thoughts and what can be improved. Besides their advertised features, such as low fees commitment, institutional funds access, dedicated personal UOB KH account, the customer support team is worth a mention as well. The team has personally reached out to ensure account details are accurate for fuss free fund transfer. Overall, the app functionality has improved in leaps and bounds since launch, bearing a testament to their commitment in long term wealth management for all. ### 5/5 — Great user experience *2021-12-17, version 1.5.3* I love how the app allows me to set a recurring savings goal so I can not have to think about saving every month and just let the app take care of it. I also like the UI of the app and webpage. To be fair, I started my investment journey with endowus. Along the way, I have also invested in other platforms. However, I have been constantly adding value to my endowus portfolios over the year and not other platforms. I have the trust that endowus will help me do a good investment. Over the years, the growth in endowus is quite steady compared to other platforms and I have been monitoring my portfolio on the app. They have been consistently improving the app so that more features are being brought over from the website. I enjoyed using endowus because their customer service is top notch. They will answer any technical questions with paragraphs of explanation. I will still continue to invest in endowus and already have plans to move my other funds from other platform over. ### 5/5 — Preferred Roboadvisor *2021-12-09, version 1.5.1* Been using Endowus for roughly 2 years now, along with Syfe, Stashaway and Moneyowl. Endowus has always been leading in it’s website and mobile App’s user interface. Clean, simple and easy to understand. Apart from the slightly longer transaction time, their fees are competitively low, lots of portfolios to choose from, under-delivering on their returns, and have good webinars and articles to read consistently. Endowus has provided a easy to use platform and a good way for “lazy people” like us to invest easily and safely. I especially like it that we can invest our cpf funds and receive more returns than 2.5%. I’ve been monitoring the returns and happy thus far. Endowus doesn’t charge us any sales fees, and return to us the trailer fees / rebates they receive from the funds. As Endowus is not paid on a transaction-basis, it is thus not incentivised to push us to continuously trade and churn our portfolios. 1. On-boarding was a quick and seamless process taking about 3-4 working days 2. Endowus app on my mobile, Endowus website on my desktop are easy to use. 3. Choosing the various diversified funds are also intuitive 4. Endowus HelpDesk promptly replies to my queries without fail, although they may take a while if busy. 5. The investments that I make are also all in my name (under UOB KayHian). IMHO, I would highly recommend Endowus as a robo-advisor platform. ### 5/5 — Smart investing for all *2021-12-06, version 1.5.1* I like Endowus’s wealth creation philosophy - really low-cost, diversified portfolios, and passive management (to take out the emotions). This is the way to grow our wealth over the long-term, while we attend to the busy things in life like career, family and our interests/hobbies. I have had the benefit of speaking with and liaising with the Endowus team - they are receptive to feedback and quick to turnaround issues. Topping it off, their regular webinars and updates make one feel like a private banking client - the insights provided are useful and educational. An Ex Morgan Stanley? *2022-08-16* If you choose not to use their “advisor” service, they not going to give you any protection etc… I don’t have such big warning from the competitor StashAway. Don’t bother to get this app, use Safari will do. More privacy for you, knowing they won’t be in the background tracking you, with this cheap web app. I tried to switch screen to find my account number, all details I’ve entered have to retype when I switch back!!! I’ve more confident with StashAway than this one, the person behind this company prolly has more knowledge with his Maserati than using an iPhone. **Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Currently, the app is showing these tiles at the top of the screen featuring interviews/videos with celebrities/influencers. Can’t rebalance CPF portfolios seanlessly *2023-04-15, version 1.11.1* Unlike other robo-advisors, I don’t have the option to rebalance my CPFIF portfolios seamless. Like rebalance the portfolio to a higher Money market fund allocation / to the cash smart portfolio without first making a withdrawal and depositing the money into a new fund. Tech team pls work on this as it is important for us to protect our capital gains before the fed stops printing money and raising interest rates 😂😂😂😂 ### 4/5 — Easy to use platform, with some areas of improvement *2021-12-15, version 1.5.1* Overall, the Endowus platform (browser and app) is easy to use. In my view, one of the key selling points of Endowus is that it enables individual investors to access institutional class ETFs at no extra cost. Another point that may be positive for some is that its investments are denominated in SGD. Some areas of improvement include that of reducing the time taken for withdrawals, and having monthly eStatements ready in the earlier part of the month. The platform is suitable for novice investors to sophisticated investors( who need a one stop diversification and monitoring tool). The highlight of the platform to me is the low cost and transparency of investment. I must say if given an opportunity I wud like to invest in the platform itself:-) There is some room for app improvement but I guess it will happen over time.. ### 4/5 — Experience with Endowus *2021-07-24, version 1.2.8* To be honest, I was hesitant at first to start with Endowus, as my impression of it was that the funds invested were actually mutual funds and I was reading too much into the disadvantages of mutual funds. I conducted more research into the funds and found that the funds were managed by renowned fund managers who have shown consistent results. The funds were managed by humans despite being a robo-adviser. For those who prefer a human element in your investments due to security reasons, Endowus has fulfilled that. Endowus also offers a competitive fees range. The total fees were comparable to the other robo-advisors when you take into account the expense ratio. Endowus definitely needs to improve its App capabilities, but I believe that will come in the future.
