## What is Endurance Debrief?

Endurance Debrief answers two questions after every workout: Was that session any good? And how fit am I right now?

Import your rides, runs and swims as FIT, TCX or GPX files — or automatically from Apple Health — and get the analysis usually reserved for big training platforms. Entirely on your iPhone. No account, no subscription, no cloud.

YOUR WORKOUT, HONESTLY ANALYZED
• Training Stress Score (TSS) — from power, pace or heart rate, depending on your data
• Normalized Power, Intensity Factor and aerobic decoupling
• Zone distribution: power, pace or heart-rate zones
• Coach feedback in plain sentences: what your numbers mean — generated fully on device

YOUR FITNESS AT A GLANCE
• Form curve based on the proven CTL/ATL/TSB model: fitness, fatigue, form
• Today view with a simple status: build, recover, or race-ready
• Weekly summary: sessions, TSS and fitness trend for the current week
• Home Screen widget with today's form
• History as a list or calendar, filtered by sport
• VO₂max trend estimated from your workouts

100% PRIVATE
• All calculations run locally on your iPhone
• No cloud, no account, no ads, no tracking
• Privacy label: "Data Not Collected"

FOR CYCLISTS, RUNNERS AND SWIMMERS
• FIT, TCX and GPX files from bike computers and sports watches
• Apple Health import for workouts recorded with Apple Watch
• Manual entries for sessions without a file — your form curve stays complete
• Profile with FTP, threshold pace, LTHR and heart-rate zones
• Fully localized in English and German
• Lock Screen widget: your form at a glance, without opening the app
• Siri and Shortcuts: "What is my form" gets answered right away

Download once, done. No subscription.

### 5/5 — Absolut Empfehlenswert

*2026-08-04*

Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

### 5/5 — Genau was ich gesucht habe

*2026-07-21*

Übersichtlich, schick, ohne unnötiges Schnickschnack. Ich habe meine Trainingsdaten an einem Ort ohne ein nervige Abos abschließen zu müssen.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.2 — 2026-08-17

A maintenance update with small improvements.

• iPad: the month calendar in History now makes much better use of the page height
• Settings now tell you explicitly if your profile could not be saved
• Under the hood: cleaner code and many more automated tests around the analysis of your files. The calculations themselves are unchanged — every value stays exactly as before.

### 2.1 — 2026-08-15

Your form on the Lock Screen — and Siri knows it too.

• Lock Screen widgets: form as a ring, as a single line, or with fitness and fatigue in detail
• Ask Siri: "What is my form in Debrief" or "How much TSS this week in Debrief" — you get an answer without the app opening
• Both also show up in Spotlight search and the Shortcuts app
• iPad: the calendar finally fills the page, Today shows more workouts, and the post-import debrief opens full screen instead of in a small sheet

As always: everything is calculated on your device. No account, no network, no data going anywhere.

### 2.0.1 — 2026-08-01

Two fixes around Apple Health.

• "Re-import Health workouts" now keeps the workouts you replaced by loading the original file. They used to be reverted to the less detailed Health version.
• The heart rate check also looks inside your recent workouts. It no longer claims a missing permission just because you haven't trained for a few days.

Nothing changes in the calculations.

### 2.0 — 2026-07-30

### 1.2 — 2026-07-27

New in 1.2 — Swimming:
• Swim workouts from your FIT file: pace per 100 m, lengths, SWOLF and strokes
• Swim-specific training load (sTSS) from your CSS — feeding the same fitness curve as cycling and running
• Treadmill runs are marked as such and count fully as running
• Apple Health import can now be limited by date range and sport
• CSV export of all your metrics
• History can now be filtered by swimming as well
• Improved sport detection on import and various bug fixes
