This is an awful bank they are rude and will change things on your account without even informing you

App will not open it says completing  update after logging in and then will not load

Please change the format back to the old app. When I go to one account id just like to see the activity on that account, not my others too. I am changing my bank because of this. Makes it extremely hard to keep up with my budget when I can’t even tell which money is being withdrawn from which account.

I am very tired of this app most times I get server error and no it’s not WiFi this time I can’t even get into my bank account to move over money to get dinner thanks endurance

We have been with Endurance Federal Credit Union for decades (through one name to the other).  The staff is delightful and helpful. I would strongly recommend Endurance to anyone.

The personal prompt reliable professional patient customer service from all of the ladies & men at the Duncan Oklahoma branch office is THE BEST! This is why I keep my account with Endurance FCU vs. any local financial institution, as I am in Dallas, tx and there is not a branch here. I only wish there were more customer services of any institution, retailer, online shopping/banking credit card companies, any type of business…. that offered this kind of assurance and support!  Thank you for your consistent professionalism!

This App is so much easier to use for me to use  I can check on my balances any time I hardly ever use my computer !! Yah and did I mention for us technically challenged senior citizens it is so easy once you get it set up
