Went on google playstore and found majorly negative reviews. I called back the next morning and asked to cancel, the customer rep transferred me to a manager, who tried to convince me that the reviews were "fake". Told him I made up my mind already. He even gave me a $15 reduction for the monthly payments, I said I wasnt calling for a reduction, but for a total cancellation. He went on for several minutes trying to change my mind, he was polite initially. But when he realized that being polite wasn't working on me, he switched up and became angry, yelling and spoke to me like I was some child who didn't know what he wanted. I told him "respectfully I made up my mind". He went on to say in an angrier tone, "You have your wish, your policy is cancelled now have a nice day", he then ended the call without giving me details of my refund and how it was gonna get processed. I had to call back to get the details from a different customer rep who was calmer than the manager. Because only one month difference from cancellation and sending cancellation form. Downloaded new app and now get message saying they could not locate an account for me. Furthermore, if your car is in the 30K plus range absolutely do not trust your sense of Sercurity to Endurance. Total scam, trust me!!! ### 1/5 — Wrong Mileage *2023-06-22* They wrote down the wrong mileage, so now I’m paying for it. Their mistake! They stated that they will put the hundreds of dollars I’ve already gave them and put it towards a new contract; however, the 1000 miles I need to be able to submit for repairs will start over. They need to give me my money back. I need a verification code. First place I took it to said they would take this warranty BUT after the hassle they changed their mind to work on my car because of all the craziness just to get the correct answers. Just don’t do it, because they’ll deny all if not most of your claims to repair your car. And on top of that what seems like cancelling your policy is a huge hassle they usually make you wait a long time on hold or they disconnect the call. They give you the biggest run around if you try to cancel. They first put you on hold since the customer service cant cancel and the department that actually can cancel will disconnect the call multiple times. They give you your contract number via email the 1st day you sign up so you should be able to log in if you put that and the last 4 of your vin number in correctly. You also supposed to create your own password to log in, not anything endurance give you, I read that as well on here. Anyway can’t speak on the service yet since I haven’t filed a claim, hopefully no time soon, but customer service was friendly and professional from whom I spoke with. I give it 4 stars since there’s not much to do other than request a tow and reach out to customer service but you can view your policy and membership card. Hope this help some people with doubts. ### 4/5 — Easy Sign In For Me *2023-02-25* I see a lot of complaints about getting set up in the app. Took me about 30 seconds right after I bought my policy. Only four stars because there isn’t a ton of functionality. But all good if I need a tow. ### 4/5 — Easy to use *2023-02-23* Not entirely sure why people are having issues with the app and company. I downloaded the app, confirm my email and entered the required information and I was in. It took about a minute. I haven’t had any issues with them yet, but if i do. I’ll make sure to update the review! ### 4/5 — App works great *2021-12-27* I was able to sign in fine. I received my contract via email downloaded the app and set up my account quickly. Being that I’m new it will take a while for every feature to get set up. Overall, so far so good.
