sama hvaða bankareikninga reynt er að skrá (staðfesta) koma villuskilaboðin “Bankaupplýsingar verða að vera staðfestar áður en lengra er haldið” og engar frekari upplýsingar um hvernig eigi að leysa úr þessu og því ekki hægt að nota “appið”, ekki heldur hægt að finna upplýsingar um villuskilaboðin/næstu skref á heimasíðu endurvinnslunar (einu upplýsingarnar sem átt gætu við eru um leyfilegar höfuðbækur, en á ekki við í þessu tilviki - er að nota hb 26)
