2年前くらいまではカード明細とか簡単に見れたのにログインできないから見れない！
問い合わせして再ログインやら色々試しても全くダメ！
困るのよ。

その月の支払い金額によって、締めの日が勝手に変わる。
支払い金額が高いときは、翌月に強制的に支払わせようとし、そうでもない平均的な金額だと翌々月の支払いとなる。
その割にはポイントが反映するまでかなりの時間がかかり、893みたいな商売をする。
他のカード会社にしよう。

標記の通りですが、システムログイン等問い合わせに時間がかかるのは理解できますが、自宅Wi-Fi、キャリア回線どちらで試しても2分弱時間を要します。また、ログイン後の利用内訳のページはエラーとなり確認できない状態です。ここ1ヶ月ほどこの状態なので不具合確認していただきたいです。

　殆ど「はずれ」になる。　
　又、メンテナンスの日数も多い。

②日々のポイントの種類は、
　「はずれ」「2P」「10P」と思いま
　す。
　「2P」と「はずれ」が殆どを占め
　運用されている。

　「はずれ」無しで日々2P GETしても
　月間の獲得ポイントは30Pです。

　メンテナンスの日数が多く、
　メンテナンス終了のゲームは
　殆ど「はずれ」になる。
　又、システム上のトラブルで
　ゲームが出来ない場合が有る。

　以上の様な事により、日々の
　GETポイントをそのまま
　ストレートに獲得ポイントに
　する様にして貰いたい。
　
　僅かなポイントしか獲得出来ない
　のに、「はずれ」やゲームが
　出来ない事が多々有ると、憂鬱に
　なって来る。

　ゲームに使用上のトラブルが有る
　場合は、アプリの通知機能で通知
　する様にして貰いたい。
