However, I was able to log in successfully using the exact same password on my browser. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-11-02, version 7.7.0* I downloaded the app in hopes that I could correct my email address since it’s wrong in My Account, you can’t fix it anywhere or update it once you book an appointment online (so I don’t receive email confirmations or reminders for booked appointments) and I’ve already asked Enercare several times to correct it from a hyphen “-“ to an underscore “_” in my email address but I can’t even get in to the app! Now it would not let me login. I tried reloading and I’ve tried working with enercare’s customer service. It would work for one login but it stops working and started to add accounts I had from 10 years ago with the current account. I already wasted many many days on this. The app doesn’t have that yet in the intro it says get your billing details !! Clicking on the activation link using desktop/laptop won’t help. I go back into the app and it is still not happy. The app is a useless brick. It is better not to produce apps if they are going to be this much of a stain on your brand. Do it right or don’t do it.
