Calls take 45 -60 mins to get through to someone. On line I have completed and supplied everything but they want to come and physically see - which I have only just been told. I have waited in for 5 days for someone to visit - but nobody has come. I called to ask when it would be as it is crazy to sit here for that long - but they say the company has up until an end date to visit. No day no time no number to phone to find out when they will be coming and if they do not come by end of today it goes onto next month - it’s mad! The number they have on the system for my account they cannot tell me what it is and they cannot use a mobile number - yet I did not give a landline so lord knows who they are calling. It’s like having a chocolate tea cup - nothing makes sense.
