Deleted my entire account (per support) and I’m still being charged. Error 40402 occurs repeatedly on half of my motion detection videos so I am unable to view the video at all due to this error. Three videos will be fine then the next two will have error 40402. Then the next four are fine, then again error 40402 for the next two videos. Do not rely or buy any products from this company and manufacturer, especially if intended use could bring unintentional harm or death to a loved one. Not worth the price if the product is defective. Switch to Anran or Ring. I tried reaching out to the customer service, i was told that I needed to send an email which I had already sent. Long story short they have never replied or send me the correct order.
