Consistently bumps me off when I’m trying to change settings, hasn’t connected to the battery for days and every time I’ve sent an email message to the support team for “support” I’ve never received a response. Disgraceful ### 1/5 — Can’t create new account *2023-11-26* The website server for this app is down and so new accounts cannoned be created. We have a new battery and can’t create an account to see the performance. Tells me that my 10 kW PV is producing 10 watts on a sunny day and just 2 days ago gave me the weekly report and calculated my household usage to 1.3 mW!! Dashboard takes so long to load now it’s like having a Windows 95 PC!!
