I had to call them today because I never received an email about logging into my account. I can pull up my account just fine on their website but I can not pull it up on the app at all. All I receive is the weird message of “there was a problem with your request” “please try again”. Maybe I’ll delete the app and redownload it but it is getting frustrating dealing with it. ### 1/5 — It is so bad I wanna give you a 0 *2022-07-26, version 1.2.2* but that’s not possible so I give you a 1…. all jokes aside. Do better. Probably the worse app ever just off the fact that you can’t even sign in. I haven’t been able to sign in once. I get an request error every time. I have been with this company for about 3 months and disappointed. Stopped allowing me to pay through app and stopped showing estimate of my next bill. I logged in and i can’t get past the geolocation of my address. That shouldn’t mean I can’t use the app completely. Looks like you need to get with google to use their map and gps geolocation. As a customer it would be nice to use this feature. Please fix ### 1/5 — App is pointless *2020-12-04, version 1.2.2* This app needs a complete overhaul. It keeps saying can’t geolocate my address even though I mark it on the map it provides and I input my address on the top banner of the app as it asks. Completely idiotic to put out an app that won’t work. I’m only giving this one star just to make sure my review was counted. It doesn’t deserve that one star. Maybe if I could use the app as the pictures indicate I’d probably give it 3, 4, or even a 5 if it does exactly what it says it does. HORRIBLE APP!! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-10-23, version 1.2.2* Tried registering my address and it doesn’t recognize it. The app doesn’t even have a working map to use to identify the address. The map says for development purposes which is crazy! Poor service and I just signed up. ### 1/5 — App still doesn’t work *2020-10-10, version 1.2.2* I can’t get past entering my location. But JustEnergy in general, my bill was ridiculous the last 4 months, $240 - $300+. They pretend to not understand what I’m talking about when I write them. Now, suddenly, my bill is $114 last month, estimating $113 for this month’s. This is fishy. I don’t know if they get digital readings and the meter was off, but once my interior or temperature was recorded at 54°. 54°!!!
