## What is Energy Analyzer?

The Energy Analyzer is a free app that gives Consumers Energy customers the tools to easily see their energy usage in real-time and encourages making small changes in energy usage to reduce the utility bill. The Energy Analyzer app is a limited duration and eligibility pilot.

Smart Home Energy Bridge

Take advantage of new features such as real-time data when you pair the Energy Analyzer app with the free Energy Bridge. With greater knowledge of your home’s immediate and past energy use, you can take actions to save energy and money.

The Energy Analyzer app is available for Consumers Energy electric customers with AMI electric meters and a consumersenergy.com account. Support, including chat, is available in the app.

I’ve changed my password and can login to the consumers website… it’s clear I know I have the right password.  But I’m given incorrect email or password screen. Can I say I’m not surprised other reviews said the same?

I finally gave up & deleted this app.
It worked great all summer, for the last month I cannot get past the home screen. It appears it’s trying to do something, but it never gets past the Consumers Energy logo. Removing the app and reinstalling did not help. I have the same on my pixel phone. 😔

24 October:  Still can’t log in. Updated the app yesterday, and now it won’t progress past the splash screen.   

After comments, developer said to “reach out in in-app chat”; but I can’t reach the in-app chat because I can’t log in !

Typical of Consumers, promise, one thing and deliver something else.  Just like the smart meter not leading to time of use charges, but then they do.

It was working a few days ago. Now I can’t log in. When I put in my username and password, it wont let me log in; but after the login fails, I can see my account details in the okta window. So it appears that okta is letting me log into consumers, just not the app. 

Also. I can’t find a Customer service email anywhere.
