I’ve had my light ups for almost a year now and have tried several different platforms (iOS, Android, smartphones & tablets..) this app NEVER finds the sneakers. When are you going to fix this or update this piece of garbage app. HUGE disappointment, don’t waste space on your phone installing this app.. shame on you Sketchers..

The first pair we bought had one shoe that didn’t light up at all. The second pair works but we cannot get the app to pair the shoes. We will be returning them.

The app works great. All you have to do is hit the delete shoes button in the app and your shoes will pop up. Then push connect shoes and you’re all set. Small glitch but not a big deal.

Does this work with sketchers 2.0 E PRO? Cause when I got these shoes today when I went to Bluetooth it came up as a name but they don't want to connect.
