All’ improvviso esce sessione scaduta, provato più volte con diversi dispositivi a tentare l’accesso ma sempre con esito negativo. Sarò lieto di mettere 5 stelle solo quando verrà ripristinato il corretto utilizzo.

Ottima app funzionale e comoda.
Piccola pecca: lo storico delle registrazioni dell energia prodotta che resta visibile dall’ app è inferiore ai 12 mesi, questo non permette di fare paragoni tra lo stesso mese dell anno prima e il mese corrente

Sono tre giorni che il sistema è in manutenzione  causando il fermo dei dati di flusso 🤬...non vi sembra eccessivo il tempo preso per eseguire la manutenzione programmata?....

Dai grafici vedo solo gli ultimi 12 mesi quando prima vedevo la produzione mensile da quando l’avevo installato. Come si possono recuperare ? Cosa è successo?

Ho riscontrato che nella vostra applicazione non si può vedere la percentuale corretta da un periodo ad un altro di mia scelta. Es .: se volessi sapere quanto ho consumato in percentuale di autosufficienza da gennaio ad aprile nn me lo indica perché anche se sposto il giorno dal calendario in automatico mi da l’anno da gennaio a dicembre… peccato. Il dubbio mi è venuto vedendo i consumi es.: dal fotovoltaico 800 kWh e dalla rete 700 kWh da gennaio ad aprile (fino ad oggi), vedendo la percentuale di autosufficienza sono al 45%!????!!! Nn dovrebbe essere più alta?

L’app nel mio caso non funziona, segnala sempre che a casa mia è nuvoloso e nonostante l’inverter sia stato mandato indietro non capisco perchè la produzione sia sempre bassa non capisco se il problema sia l’app o ancora l’inverter comunicare con l’assistenza è praticamente impossibile

Honestly.. would rate it zero if I could. I paid big money for this inverter.. and that application that goes with it is seriously the most poorly designed app I’ve experienced.. I can’t even get it to register my device.. logs me out all the time.. and provides close to zero data when it is actually working.. customer satisfaction - non existent.
