It’s been helpful in tracking my body composition. My biggest issue is that it is hard to read. The words and numbers are in light gray on a white background. My vision is normal, but I have to strain to read it. Changing that setting was easy with the app. It weighed me and logged it and that’s when I started looking at the app in more detail to see what it was doing with my body weigh numbers. It measures and puts the info on a graph. So the more you use it over the accumulation of days, the more data you get.
