I decided to try it out after resetting my password (as my password manager had no memory of an account for this either?). It offers only one option for billing with PG&E, the E-1 tiered plan (and the equivalent with San Diego G&E according to another review), while I have the EV-Time of use plan. Thus It's not very helpful to me.
