This app has been great! I can play my music and follow the timed moves with demos that play along with it. Easy to use and very customizable. I sync it with my fitness pal and have my nutrition all linked in with what macros to do. I’ve lost 8lbs since putting the nutritional aspect and the workouts in a little under 2 months. Working with Tyler and the app together...priceless!!!
