Being able to edit an incoming call would be really helpful, it’s nice that you can edit in FieldPulse and it will reflect the changes in engage, but you cannot create a new contact from this app, simply copy and carry over the number

The app itself is a little clunky, but the integration with FieldPulse is extremely helpful and well worth it.
