This worked for a few times then nothing. It is useless if you can’t do the ONE thing it was made for… I have tried adding new payment on iOS and Android, neither work. It doesn’t do anything it says it will do. Do you want to log in? I can be inside the clinic and it won’t let me log in. I can walk in and stand next the the payment window and it still won’t work. Hit the check in button 45 times in a row? Nope… still doesn’t work. Also it’s missing the ability to track payments. The director of our sister clinic was just fired for embezzlement. She was putting down in peoples medical records they were deferred for the day but dosed them and took their payment and was pocketing it. I’ve also had $45 go missing two different times and when I inquired about it they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about and like I was talking nonsense. Anyway. The app really doesn’t have any benefit to using it. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-01-18, version 1.0.0.6079* My clinic in Pensacola Florida is really good at making bad decisions that affect their patients. Requiring us to use this app is just one of those issues. it’s been over a year and I have not once been able to check in through this app. If I’m not within range of the clinic, I can’t even access any information about my account, do I have a random drug screening or does my counselor need to speak with me ,what monies are due for upcoming requirements by the federal government. I have always ended up having to seek out a counselor who has better things to do than to check me in. After reading the reviews about data collection I am now deleting this app. Whether or not my clinic requires me to use the app is in consequential as they recently forced all of us to switch to liquid unless you have a doctors note which is laughable so I’ll be seeking treatment elsewhere. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work. *2023-12-05, version 1.0.0.6079* Doesn’t work properly says I need to be within 100 feet when I’m inside used to work ok. ### 3/5 — Unable to validate my account!!! *2023-10-04* Can someone help me please I never got a validation email so I can’t use the app! My counselor checked my phone number which was correct but my email address wasn’t on file so I’m assuming this is the problem but have no way to fix it as I cannot get another email! My husband can’t get on his 2020 phone because it states it only made for older versions of android. But phone systems update yearly or more. So each time a system updates you get closer to not being able to use the app anymore? Cant get past login screen anymore. *2026-02-21, version 1.0.0.7116* I upgraded my phone from an iPhone 8 to 16. The app worked fine on my 8. But now when I try to sign in to my engage app , I put in the phone number , password, it sends the security code to my phone and after I put in that code the keyboard stays and there’s no way to tap enter. I’ve taken my phone to my clinics manager and to sprint and both have said it’s the app, not the phone. So now I can’t get into my account at all because there’s no way to input the code or get past that screen. I’ve uninstalled a few times , reset my phone. I’ve tried everything i can think of and have been suggested to try in the past 2 months. My counselor has started seeing the same issue with other clients as well. This Needs to be addressed. I’m hoping they see this and can look into the issue, because there’s also no way to contact app support in the app. ### 5/5 — Just a little advice *2025-07-09, version 1.0.0.7108* It’s a great app, helps me sign in and go right to the dosing window. I wish there was a window to show our appointments with counsler or if we have anything else before we get dosed. But overall it’s a good app. ### 5/5 — Great way to Save Time at Clinic! *2023-08-13, version 1.0.0.6079* This App has been a Great Time Saver and really helped streamline my mornings there. It allows me to check-in as I’m walking in the door, and bypass the lines at the window or computer terminal. It also allows me to see my basic account info and notifications right from the phone! It’s so easy to sign-up, I did it one morning after a friend told me waiting in line for them to open that he signed in on his phone, I got on the App Store, Downloaded, entered my location & a few bits of basic info, and I had an account and was signed in to the queue in about 3 minutes before the doors even opened. I was 7th in the line at the door but 3rd in line as I walked in. Everyone who seems to have an issue with this, has issues with completely irrational things, such as believing their clinic watches everything they do on their phone & everywhere they go, it tells you on the download page what info they collect & what they use. Yet these same people do not say they actually got in any kind of trouble with their clinic. And the other issues seem to be rules and policies that their clinics instate and do not fall under things the app can control. Such as when & how payments get processed on the clinics end, or when the clinic begins allowing check-ins. Both me and my boyfriend are addicted to drugs and this is our first time getting off that poison. The men and women of this clinic are great they are so patient and caring it amazes me that they keep smiling and are still have a positive attitude every day even if they get disrespected by an addict going through withdraws, still they keep smiling. I don’t know if they realize it but each and everyone working here are every day heroes to addicts who are trying to get off of the drugs. However, my husband downloaded on his cell, & when the receptionist called his cell to verify his account, all it said on his screen was "unable to verify". No one @ our clinic could help us. Who can help us? ### 4/5 — Payments and credits don’t post in timely manner *2020-08-05, version 1.0.0.6079* Daily payment is not deducted from the credit on my account on a daily basis. It will go for days sometimes, then post several days payments. The same thing happens when you put a monthly credit by credit card on your account. It is very difficult to tell how many prepaid days you have left. Credits and debits to the account should be posted to the account as they occur.
