E.g. put in Ad it will find Adidas. Put in Adidas, it doesn’t come up. Tried multiple banks and each shows the transaction going through and being immediately refunded so don’t think it’s a bank issue. Contacted “VIP support” whose only level of support via web chat was to tell me to call.
