Took me 15 minutes to order 2 drinks. ### 2/5 — Fix card saving *2024-11-15* I should not have to re-enter my information every day! My main location has opened two more, one being much closer to me. But there’s no way to add or switch between them. Does not make it convenient at all. A lot of the items no longer have descriptions. I don’t like certain ingredients or flavors that I’ve tried prior and it tends to be too late once I’ve ordered. I did not forget the password because I had Face ID in use. It just stop taking it. I have tried to reset with no success. Will not let me log in with the same password more than one time, and even when the password is reset, it still reports the log in as “invalid” by the time you (hopefully) get the app to work, you could have been back and forth, in person, to the retailer several times. Now is doesn’t open. Ever. I tried resetting my password and it still pops up with an “ application error “ message. Works 0% of the time. FRUSTRATING. And I checked. There are no updates available. I have the latest version available. ALSO, curiously....two of the stores near my work and home have closed( locked) their doors. One said supply issues and the other did not answer the phone. Never had a problem. It never crashes on me. Only four stars because it doesn’t always work on my phone. I’ve tried all the typical fixes, restarting phone, reconnecting to internet, redownloading the app, but none seem to help. But I only gave 4 stars because I have to delete the app after every use. After my order it won’t let me log in again. A message pops up saying there’s an application error.
