Can put in ticket information very easily. ### 1/5 — Always breaking *2019-10-09, version 2.6* The app will not open me to open it during a job an will cause me to over charge trying to close out a ticket. It’ll also close out tickets WHILE your working them an you’ll have to message an leave notes an hope someone corrects it. The app also doesn’t let me close out tickets 40% of the time, you’ll try to close an sign an it won’t. ### 1/5 — Good idea, but very dysfunctional. *2019-08-31, version 2.6* It constantly force closes and freezes up my device. While running, it makes the phone bug out even when the app is running in the background. Since it’s fielding, it has gotten better but a lot of work needs to be done to it. I’m sure over time this is going to become very handy. ### 2/5 — Needs Work *2019-06-09, version 2.5* Everytime I try to complete a job the app always says I’m offline and that I need to upload when I get proper internet connection. I always have full service when trying to do this. The only valuable part of this app and company is Nikita in tech support she absolutely is a rockstar. Horrible development for such a simple application. Flappy bird would take more coding skills than this app so I just don’t understand why they can’t fix it. ### 1/5 — Go back to the drawing board *2020-02-04, version 2.6* Maybe this software works for some applications, but it does NOT work for others. Both the driver and dispatcher user interfaces are complicated, slow, unreliable and counter-intuitive. I’ve used a lot of different dispatch softwares, and this is the worst by a large margin. This does not feel like it was designed by those in the industry. If you’re dealing with a large volume of trucks, that is, more than 2-3, then stay far far away. It’s hard to use, and the data it collects in load reports is worthless. You’re better off using pencil and paper. ### 1/5 — One of the worst apps ever *2020-01-17, version 2.6* I have now had to delete this app and redown load it 4 times, and that’s just in the last hour! It crashes at least 2 times every time I go to use the dang thing. It opened once and I was able to input the needed information, but as soon as I hit the button to submit it crashes and deletes all information. WORST APP EVER ### 1/5 — Junk *2019-11-16, version 2.6* Absolutely The biggest piece of junk i’ve ever used. I’ll have full signal but it’ll constantly say offline. Sometimes it won’t even let me take a pic of bols because even though I’ll have 4 bars lte service it’ll have me in offline mode.
