Candy must be in at least five different places and tobacco products are all behind the counter…impossible to read…most without prices. With some products I never found they may have been out of stock but I didn’t see shelf tags identifiers. Caused lots of frustration and the employees kept asking me if I needed help because I took so long to get done. Just an uncomfortable hour! Don’t accept shops that use this. *2020-07-03* I completed a mystery shop that had over 50 questions and over 30 photographs that could not be taken while customers were in the frame. So the shop took over an hour. Then the app would not submit the data. It kept loading for over an hour then crashed. Now as soon as I see a shop requires this app, I stop considering it.
