## What is Engagent?

Never miss a customer hiding in your Instagram comments.

Busy Instagram accounts get flooded with comments: buying questions, hot leads, complaints, spam. The important ones get buried, replies come hours late, and real customers slip away. Engagent is an AI assistant that reads every comment, works out what it means, and helps you respond fast and on-brand, while you stay in control.

WHAT ENGAGENT DOES
• Reads and sorts every comment: hot leads, buying questions, unhappy customers, fans, business inquiries and spam.
• Drafts replies in your business voice, grounded in the facts you provide.
• Shows what needs you right now, so nothing important gets buried.
• Tracks every lead from new to contacted to won or lost, with an estimated value and a weekly opportunity report.
• Deep Scan reads your whole account in one pass and gives you a report you can download as CSV.
• Includes an Instagram direct-message inbox.
• Talk or type to Jasmine, your assistant, and listen to a daily briefing.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL
• Choose Manual, Assisted or Autopilot. Autopilot is a Pro feature.
• Hot leads and unhappy customers are never answered automatically.
• Anything the AI is not sure about waits for your approval.
• The Safety Center shows exactly what Engagent will and will not do, and a full activity log records every action.

BUILT FOR BUSINESSES
• Business Brain: tell Engagent your hours, products, FAQs and tone once, and every reply stays on-brand.
• Works in English and Arabic.
• Free to start. Upgrade for Autopilot and higher monthly limits.

Requires an Instagram Business or Creator account. Engagent connects through Instagram's official sign-in and API. It never asks for your Instagram password.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Engagent Pro and Engagent Business are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed monthly or annually. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
