Issues go to die after marked “In Progress”. Humans never update status of requests, validate or invalidate concerns or engage with community in any way. We’re screaming into the void. Nothing gets done in Petaluma, but we knew that already. ### 5/5 — Great App for Reporting Issues to the City *2023-05-19, version 4.3.0* This app is great for reporting problems to the city. You can include pictures. The city is responsive and updates the reports with progress updates until there is a resolution to the problem.
