## What is engageSubsea Remote?

engageSubsea Remote, best-in-class augmented reality and witnessing technology from Baker Hughes, allows support agents and our customers to take remote operations to the next level.
To use this application you must be invited via SMS or start the interaction from a webpage.
To start the visual interaction you must firstly download the application and then go back to the SMS or webpage to connect the session.
