### 4/5 — Missing a few things that would make it great

Haven’t received a notification despite testing all manner of failures.  If the wan at a site goes down - be nice to get a notification.  The app update from hardware takes minutes making it useless for remote debugging.  

Don’t get me wrong - hardware is awesome, app has best in class potential but maybe launched before ready ?

I have been using various Cloud managed products for several Years now.

Some paid and others Free, and EnGenius is a great Free Alternative that is extremely intuitive and Easy to setup/manage!!!
