Оформила подписку на iPhone , хотела посмотреть тв на смарт тв, но не смогла войти в аккаунт. Написала в поддержку с просьбой дать мне пароль и логин , там ответили что я смогу входить только через айфон, либо через сайт , но ни через сайт ни через логин я не могу войти. Поддержка игнорирует. Обман с их стороны! Хорошо что не оформила подписку на год!!! 😒

Принадлежащий мне аккаунт Apple с действующей подпиской ECTV по неизвестным причинам заблокирован. До выяснения вопроса, хочу пользоваться подпиской на другом, так же принадлежащем мне и указанном как "семейный" аккаунте Apple. 
Не удаётся !
Почему ?

Приложение на Apple TV «аннулировало» подписку через несколько месяцев использования при наличии «годовой» подписки. Во всяком случае подписка более не работает.  Обращение в компанию ECTV не помогло, так как в России после начала определенных событий распространением данного продукта занимается некая странная компания, к которой якобы не относится ECTV. Во всяком случае работники ECTVсоветуют обратиться к данной компании. Но по ее названию в Гугле мы можем найти только странную компанию, которая занимается производством фильмов для взрослых. Как это понимать? И обратиться, получается, ни к кому не получиться. А к кому тогда идут деньги за подписки? Как какая-то серая компания может собирать деньги и попасть в App Store без вашего ведома и согласия? И вы к ней и ее деятельности не имеете отношения? Но ведь определенные события все равно закончатся, а вашей репутации подобными схемами будет нанесен ущерб.

S’il vous plaît l’application pourrait t elle se connecter à notre box avec les identifiants pour avoir dans l’application les chaînes ou l’on est abonnés gratuitement SvP. ? 
Et dans l’application avoir la possibilité d’avoir le texte en anglais et le texte en français juste en dessous pour mieux comprendre et surligner en mot à mots de différentes couleurs chaque mots dans les deux langues la même couleur.? Et aussi si vous pouviez sur la télévision. Et aussi avoir plus de programmes b2 à b1 et c2 à c1 Merci beaucoup d’en tenir compte et de faire des sous titres bilingues français anglais et anglais français en mots surligner double dans les deux langues.
