Hi! Thanks for letting us know, and we're sorry you ran into this issue. We've seen this happen occasionally when the app version is out of date. Please update to the latest version and try again. That should resolve the issue on your iPad. If you're still having trouble after updating, let us know—we'd be happy to help!

Oh no—this is really frustrating to hear. We’re so sorry that the Fluency Breakthrough Challenge wasn’t what you expected. The Fluency Breakthrough Challenge is intentionally designed for people who already understand English and need real, structured speaking practice—not traditional lessons. That said, we never want anyone to feel disappointed with their experience or stuck with something they’re unhappy with. We do also have many courses inside the app that include lessons and training, so we’re happy to point you in the right direction if that’s what you’re looking for.
