I purchased app a few days back tried a quiz and then I tried a video I got a blank screen but audio , but I am stuck here not doing any thing can’t use the app as it’s not moving.

He got a question wrong because there was no picture to see so we didn’t know what the underlined letter was so he got it wrong unfairly. It needs work.
