Very slow at times. However my biggest complaint is they are forcing you to use Dropbox to link your list… WHY? Only drop box. There are other storage app that are cheaper than $120 a year. Take into consideration the cost of THIS app and you are now committed to a long term cost of whatever Dropbox will cost in the future. I never use it anymore, but I use this all the time. It’s more comprehensive and more versatile. I use other tools for translation and learning, but this is indispensable. Also, I’ve had it for years and they’ve never made it obsolete by issuing a new version. This is only the second review I have ever given on any App because this one deserves comment. I have waited because I have seen some good Apps abandoned by their developers after the initial launch, not the case with this one, it keeps getting better. The range of definitions is outstanding and the software very impressive, even allowing for phrasal searches such as "bite the bullet" and "a la larga." To top it off, the customer service is very responsive, customer engaging, and fast, even adding the few definitions not found in their dictionary. Buy this App, you will not be disappointed. This is the second time that I have reviewed this Word Magic dictionary, and only the third time that I have reviewed any App. The dictionary was good from the beginning, but best of all it continues to get better. We all have purchased Apps that have been abandoned by the developers, that is why the first thing I do is check to see the latest version, a sure way to see if the developers care about their product and their customers. The Word Magic people care about both. They are very responsive and continue to add definitions. Not only are the definitions complete but the software works very well. I use the dictionary daily, for both business and pleasure. Do not hesitate to purchase this, be your native language English or Spanish.
