The teachers are quite good, but the customer support is extremely poor. They do not respond to any of the queries. I wanted to upload my learning videos on my YouTube channel, but unlike Clapingo, EnglishYarri does not provide video recordings of the sessions. I had 11 classes remaining in my current subscription. Before updating my plan, I contacted the support team, and they assured me that the remaining 11 classes would be added to my next plan. However, it has been 10 days, and they have not added the classes yet. Most of the tutors cancel the classes just before the scheduled time, which is very frustrating.
