The Enhance Personality App is used as the second step in the personality development program. It is used to develop your personality that is affecting your emotional health by strengthening the neural connections associated with your personality trait. Examples of personality traits include sensitivity, perfectionism, obsessiveness and nervousness. You can think of these traits as the summation of your behaviors. A personality trait is referred to as unbalanced when it hinders your emotional health. An unbalanced trait is caused by an imbalance in the strengths of neural pathways involved in the use of that trait. This imbalance causes the trait to become unbalanced. To put it simply, if we use the phrase "unbalanced nervousness", that implies low or high nervousness. Dharma's technology helps balance your trait by strengthening the neural connections associated with your trait. All the user's inputs and actions in the app are private to the individual unless they want to share some of the information with their counselor/mentor by sending a report. The app provides one with a variety of activities that help to address the imbalances in one’s primary trait. A good program and app for someone looking to start some self-improvement. ### 5/5 — Enhance! *2021-02-26* DHARMA has been a game changer for myself. Being able to journal, reflect, and review myself from a non traditional therapy setting has been very eye opening. I really enjoyed the different “games” and “tasks” to complete each week and I especially liked being able to review my process with my mentor. This app and program allow one to navigate their own personality and processing abilities at your on convenience.
