After you download this program you cannot sign in if you hit forgot password it takes you to a webpage where it goes through all the reasons why you should use this app and then it tells you it's a seven day free trial and only after you get to the page where it requests payment does it tell you it's $29.95 a month.

**Developer response:** Our app is a companion to the Enhancing Lives Network system. The app works with an active subscription. You can sign up for a free trial before paying for the system to make sure it meets your needs. Feel free to contact support@responsivedata.com for further questions.
