Been using this wallet for a couple of years. I really like the simplicity of the wallet itself also recently, I ran into a technical problem so I had to contact the support team. They did a wonderful job helping me patiently in all the steps resolving the problem.

Overkill Security That Just Annoys Users
Look, I get security concerns, but not letting me paste my private key or password is just dumb. Typing out a long, complex key manually is not only frustrating but also increases the chance of mistakes. If someone is that paranoid about security, they should just buy a Ledger wallet instead of forcing this over-the-top restriction on everyone. Let people manage their own risk instead of making the experience unnecessarily annoying.
