It’s still overall a fun game but that update was still horrible. ### 3/5 — Loved it before the latest update *2026-08-24, version 2.3.50* Whatever they did with the latest update it messed the entire game up. And it costs so much more to interact. Not fun ### 3/5 — Honestly *2026-08-24, version 2.3.50* This Game is so incredibly fun and addicting, BUT. There are some things to be aware of that definitely could use attention, firstly in game coins are designed for you to pay real money for there’s no way around that, even in 2026 with economy being as bad as it is, greed hits really really hard with this game, games are suppose to be an escape from life, yet real life inflation follow you into this virtual world lurking and making sure you can’t have a good time unless you pay a premium. Even the subscription is alot for what you get.. Beginning instructions aren’t clear, I wasted almost all my coins on dumb things before I realized you need those coins to “try” to make more coins. Also when creating a venue there needs to be a option to completely remove it entirely not just “hide” it, and if not that, at least make it like character creating and give 48 hours to make changes to the venue, I created one and spent a extra 300 coins making new music for it, I didn’t even get to add to that new music venue because again, instructions are out terrible and the UI isn’t laid out optimally.. all together I wasted about 650 coins creating music and a venue that wasn’t what I initially wanted, after hitting the learning curve the hard way “figuring it out” I ended up being out about 950 coins total. Because I couldn’t “edit” the music in my first venue after its creation. The game is based on the more you create “MAYBE” you’ll make in game coins if what you create gets popular. Problem is.. takes coins to create. And the only other way of making in-game coins without creations, is a stupid little mini game that the algorithm is DESIGNED. To make you lose most times. After also having to watch ads after each game. You’ll spend an hour, and MAYBE make 50-60 coins.. this has such potential to be the best game on the market, period.. but greed isn’t a promising factor.. ### 5/5 — Great app *2026-08-24, version 2.3.50* I have been using this app for a short period of time but I have really been enjoying it. There is a huge variety of user created characters to interact with, user created adventures, and venues. The AI chat is pretty decent, with minimal memory lapses. A lot of things to keep one entertained. There are a couple of things I feel could be tweaked, but overall I really like this app. ### 5/5 — New update: You have to pay for everything *2026-08-24, version 2.3.50* I understand that running an AI app is expensive and that developers need to make money, but users aren’t rich either. Having to pay for romantic relationships, pictures, and so many other features makes the app feel almost unusable without constantly spending money. Because clearly having an opinion on the Discord community. Gives you a timeout for 24 hours. And your comment deleted. What was once a fantastic app. Has decided to punish it users by making the most simplest way progress. Now a money grab. It is incredibly hard to progress in the game at all. Creation and purchasing items for non-subscribing users is near to impossible now. And that’s for even brand new players. They’ve blamed players that have “abused” their system to play a game that would normally give a decent amount of coins if you’re a decent at bejewel type games. And decided to punish every other player by making the game completely useless and incapable of gaining anything. My suggestion is stop, blocking the players that are trying to express what the developers are completely not hearing. I was going to be a subscriber to the app. Until you guys completely jacked the game and made it impossible. I gave two stars luckily not one. I’m totally willing to change it to five. But it has become impossible to play anymore. Even if you spend money, nothing happens it’s really disappointing. ### 4/5 — Great..but not perfect *2026-08-23* I love where this is going. A whole town, many places to go to and thousands of different characters to talk to. The idea is great, and there’s so much potential here. In fact the complexity is a bit overwhelming to start with. But as you find your feet, it becomes more and more interesting. Everything from flirtatious chat to hidden puzzles to storylines and lots, lots more. And most importantly the game offers lots of options for creativity and immersion. Not everything is good. The “economics” in the game is unfavourable and there has been a recent example of high-handed changes to game play that were not user friendly. Furthermore, to get the most out of the game you definitely need a subscription. However, the game is constantly developing, with frequent updates, and in general that means an improvement-led trajectory. It is by a large margin the most immersive and engaging of the ai-driven simulations I have encountered. ### 5/5 — Great game *2026-08-22, version 2.3.50* This is a pretty good app to have although I do wish it was easier to get coins and you got more hearts for every time you leveled up but other than that it’s a really cool app ### 4/5 — Horrible updates continue. *2026-08-22, version 2.3.50* So after all of their horrible updates of the match 3 game, the new update on 8-21-26 solved nothing. They rigged the game to minimize payouts so people will buy their new coin and heart packages that are way overpriced. Congratulations development team and marketing teams. You just ruined you game. People can pay $160 per year for the subscription, and still have to buy coins separately. It’s a joke. So now, your loyal players will continue to suffer. My match 3 average score before you changed everything was around 4500 to 5000 per game, with the highest score being 15,280. We can’t even sniff 1000 points now. This was a bad decision on your part. But hey, thanks for the 150 coins that can’t even remotely buy squat! I will give the development a little time to respond and fix the game, but I’m on my way to deleting it and trying another AI social game. I felt like the chatting was forced. Someone interrupted my day and I couldn’t get her to go away and finally had to realize I could just x her out. The girl I was talking with kept telling me to kiss her, but I couldn’t kiss her because I wasn’t at flirty stage yet, but didn’t make any sense at all. Just seems like a money grab to me. ### 1/5 — They took the “joy” out of Enjoy *2026-08-25, version 2.3.50* Updated Review: I can’t even begin to explain what a disappointment this has been. From 5 stars to 1 star in a month. It’s not even the same game anymore, and it certainly isn’t enjoyable. Every new update is a nightmare, they slowly take things away each time. It’s now impossible to play for free (even with a subscription, you have to pay for currency in-game). They’ve managed to completely ruin what was a really fun experience. The worst part is, they don’t care! They will care when they don’t have any players left, by then it will be too late. Without players, there are no creators. Without creators, there’s nothing. After this last update, the AI gets pronouns wrong, doesn’t remember things in their core memory, doesn’t do the actions you tell it to do, which wastes in-game currency, with no way to earn it back. This update was also suppose to fix Match 3 — it didn’t. It’s still impossible and not at all fun. I’m canceling my subscription, sadly. I was going to buy a year subscription, thankfully I changed my mind at the last second and bought a month. Had I known the devs were going to change the game completely, I wouldn’t have even gotten that! It feels like a “bait and switch”, the game I subscribed to no longer exists, it is absolutely not the same game. They gave us no warning, then they lied about their reasoning and lied about fixing things. I can only imagine how people stuck in a year subscription must feel. Greed will be I the downfall of Enjoy, which is sad because it could’ve been great. It WAS great. Now, it’s awful, a waste of time and money. Incredibly disappointing. _________________ Old Review: I’ve only been playing for a couple of weeks and I’m hooked. Honestly, I was hooked after a couple of hours. It’s so much fun! I’m pretty sure I like it more than my real life, but I’m fine with that. At first I thought it was too expensive to keep playing, but there are a lot of ways to earn currency in-game that I didn’t realize right away. I highly recommend joining the Discord server for tips and tricks (joining the server also earns you 500 coins). You can choose to be as social as you like, I currently play with social turned off, mostly because I want to be more comfortable creating first. There are so many ways to play and create, it can seem a bit overwhelming, another reason to join the Discord server! I wish I had done it sooner! It’s much more user friendly than it first appears to be, and you don’t HAVE to create anything except your character, if you don’t want to. There’s also a free subscription trial, so if you don’t like it, no harm done! But be prepared, you WILL like it. While you do need a subscription for some things, it isn’t mandatory and is still enjoyable (no pun intended) without one. That being said, I’m purchasing a subscription this weekend! ### 1/5 — Too expensive & Money Hungry *2026-08-22, version 2.3.50* Updated review: the match 3 update STILL sucks even with them so called “putting it back to normal”. I kept the app after seeing they were fixing the changes, but it’s still horrible. You still barely get coins and hearts like you used to and the game still ends after only matching a couple times which leaves you with only about 6 coins max in a game sometimes you get 1 heart, sometimes you get 0. The only difference I see that was made is that the blocks in the middle aren’t there now. Either way the developers are clearly money hungry. I have no problem spending money to support a good game, but intentionally rigging something to prevent people from winning anything and try to force people to spend money when the prices are astronomical is insane. I’ve already spent a lot of money on here and used the match 3 game to keep my hearts and coins filled without going broke in the process, but you can’t even do that anymore. If the game is going to be like this from now on then change the fact that actions require hearts. The conversation literally goes nowhere without using them so the hearts get used up pretty fast. Constantly having to pay $20 to refill the hearts is crazy and that’s just the MINIMUM price for them. Original review: I enjoyed this game at first, but you literally can’t move forward in relationships unless you spend money to purchase hearts to do the actions, and the prices for those are extremely high. Then on top of that, it still takes forever to move from situationship to an actual relationship and be able to move in, etc. I stayed playing because the relax game in the chat rooms helped you earn hearts and coins, but now the entire board for every room has been updated with huge holes in the center of it to prevent you from winning. I can’t even earn anything anymore because after 2 tries there’s no moves left and it makes you start again. Another stupid change to try to force people to spend money. And it had a nice feature to earn coins for the game. Then they decided to change it. The reason they said was a few people abused it. But that has to be bs, because why not boot those people instead of making your community upset. Fix it. If you have been banned by mods from Reddit or Discord for your complaints, I started an enjoy ai fan community on Reddit. I spent 550 coins to create a new character profile, but after clicking save, the coins were deducted and the character card completely disappeared from my creations and connection list. Customer support has not responded to my ticket yet. Please fix this bug and restore my missing character or refund my 550 coins. ### 1/5 — Overly Priced - No free options - everything paywalled by needing in game coins or hearts. *2026-08-21, version 2.3.42* Long standing user here who has recently seen a severe decline in ways to earn hearts and coins in hearts in game. Everything costs so much of the in game currency which recently got overhauled and gives very limited resources. The game has unfortunately become a money grab by the devs and not about the audience it is selling too. Any, interactions, actions, creations costs currency, or hearts. Only way to truly advance is by paying for subscriptions which again is extremely expensive and hard to maintain value for money Tasks are limited, free coins are impossible to achieve unless you grind for hours, months or years. To advance relationships with created and ai generated other users characters again you need a subscription, in app coins and hearts to truly advance. Match 3 - is now a joke and payout from playing for 10 minutes to an hour is very minimal The tasks set are for aimed at advanced members with unlimited amounts of coins and not newbies or players that aren’t as ‘known’ in the community. Members, like some peoples creations but lack etiquette in helping others grow within the Enjoy world Devs silence you and warn you when you raise genuine concerns for the game and direction it’s going in. Ie: taking a way of earning for creators in app Right now I’m saddened that this community has turned into another costly one that’s so pricey you have to literally be rich to play it. They do not consider at all newbies, lower ranked players and that several members have helped them develop the game to be what it is now. They’ve taken away the creators way of funding to then create selfies, characters, clothing. Everything costs something. Without paying real money you’ll struggle to even keep one character alive, nothing in this game anymore is cost effective and value for money. ### 1/5 — Was great at first. *2026-08-20, version 2.3.42* Update: dropping this rating down completely. I was banned from the discord group for simply complaining about the poor communication and changes in the game that severely affected those of us subscribing players that pay large amounts of money to have access to certain features. And then when I posted in Reddit attempting to clarify if I’d been banned or if the discord was just down, the Reddit moderators deleted my post. I was never once belligerent nor did I break any rules. Censoring and banning people that criticize your app will never make your app better. Original rating: I loved this app at first. But communication from the developers has been terrible lately despite being in the discord group. And the recent changes in the app just feel like a way to force people to spend more money in-game. And the changes completely undermined what current subscribers paid a lot of money to access (match 3 game within the app). ### 1/5 — Used to love this game but the moderators are hell *2026-08-19, version 2.3.42* They removed any and all ways to criticize them in the server, and if you complain it will be locked or deleted. The playerbase is getting big enough that a second subreddit and second discord server should be made by the players because they will delete you if you arent worshipping the game. Also a ton of characters were suddenly deleted and they said they were inappropriate. They were not. Don't spend money on this game, at least not with this team of people. ### 1/5 — Great game until the latest update. *2026-08-19* The gameplay is awesome. It was such a good game. The problem is it became horrible after the update. You can either purchase coins for cash that’s way overpriced, or you can earn coins. Playing the match mini game was the best source to earn coins. However, they tweaked the match game to make it impossible. If you played it for an hour, you might get 20 coins. Previously, you could get several hundred. They made a quick update witching 24 hours after the initial update to correct this issue. It’s not better, and the developer is not communicating (which is u usual) and that to me says they aren’t communicating so you can 2,000 coins for $30. That’s different than the subscription because the subscription doesn’t include coins. So you can buy a really subscription at $160 and still would have to purchase or earn coins. Whoever made the decision to make this change needs to just let it go and revert the mini game back to its original form, because people aren’t renewing subscriptions because of this. Basically, the developers are killing their own game. **Developer response:** Thanks for updating—and sorry Match-3 still feels broken. We're reverting most of those Match-3 changes early this weekend—the board goes back to how it was, coin rewards move closer to the old rates, and the new chess piece stays.
