Fly safely does not come up on app,I will be already in flight app says (ready to fly). 2. The quad fish bowls after compass calibration. These issue take the fun out of flying, please reconfigure app latest version. 3. It’s like the controller loses control of the quad.I am sure it’s firmware, software issues. ### 2/5 — Needs Work *2020-07-16, version 1.3.12* The app is decent; I have used it dozens of times over eight months with great results. That being said, it has some bugs. 1. Setting waypoints has never worked. I get a generic error when I try. This is super frustrating. 2. If you minimize the app and try to reopen it, the app will crash every time. 3. GPS calibration only works about one in five times. After that it won’t connect to the fpv I would really like to fly thejjrc x9 heron again. Took a while to pair up with app, location was not accurate. Second attempt today, cannot pair to app at all after deleting and re-installing three times. That was when I was in the house. Went outside and nothing. Calibrate gyro- calibration failed Compass calibration- calibration failed Pair unit- nothing happens Firmware version- shows firmware, no updates Switch camera- works after some Chinese message, but either camera gives error when trying the HD function No SD card error, even with card inserted Gimbal adjustment (13) does nothing The on screen thumb controls do nothing. I have yet to use any gps function (map, home return) as it never has more than 1 bar signal (flashing green), the drone itself is hardly stays still even indoors on manual mode. The manual is in bad English The fly easy and c fly apps are exactly the same and both deserve 1 star ### 1/5 — please fix app *2020-12-06, version 1.3.13* please fix app ### 1/5 — Amateur code, DO NOT BUY *2020-11-14, version 1.3.13* We got the X12 as a gift, we’re able to fly the drone without phone pairing via controller. When we connected the app the first time, it showed video and we were able to capture some. Second day with the app, without doing anything differently, it warns that it will unpair the controller from the drone, and then the app fails to control the drone either. All methods to repair the connection to the drone and controller are handled through the app, which does not now connect to either the drone or controller no matter what mode the phone is in. Cycling power on all devices and reconnecting does nothing to fix the problem. The code is clearly GARBAGE and the company could not explain anything clearly if its LIFE depended on it. Refund your purchase before you break warranty and invest in a more reliable drone. ### 1/5 — Enjoy fly *2020-11-11, version 1.3.13* iPhone XR phone so up to date. Unable to calibrate anything. It amazes me what companies get away with selling you. Eachine looks a nice bit of kit but falls wide of the mark.
