The fitness instructors are enthusiastic and motivational and lead the classes with professionalism and care. The staff in the leisure centres are friendly and helpful and always make you feel welcome. The only enhancement that would make things even better is a plan for covering the absence of fitness instructors when they are on holiday. ### 1/5 — Online was bad…this is the same *2023-08-17, version 106.52* Why do we have to sign onto our account whilst using the App?
