Why do we have to sign onto our account whilst using the App? May as well sign in the same way. Not an improvement at all.

Over complicated - too many steps and defaults to Login more often than necessary, Terms and condition tick box also continually being ticked despite membership. No response to reviews supposedly welcomed. The result an unhappy customer. Does not deserve any stars.

Why oh why was the website changed???. This new website is impossible to navigate. I’m unable to book my regular classes on line and no one answers the phone to take my bookings

Absolutely awful, struggle to log in, then when you do you can’t book classes. Rubbish

Enjoyleisure offers a great range of exercise classes in a variety of locations which meet my fitness needs.  The fitness instructors are enthusiastic and motivational and lead the classes with professionalism and care.  The staff in the leisure centres are friendly and helpful and always make you feel welcome.  The only enhancement that would make things even better is a plan for covering the absence of fitness instructors when they are on holiday.

Annoying Error Message keeps coming up whenever I try to respond to offer of a place. 

And there are no nicknames left, apparently…
