Sometimes the show I watch. Doesn’t want to load the filter. So my solution sometimes it’s to play the previous show that did have a filter. And then let the filter load from there from the end of that show. Another solution I’ve had is to open the. Show on the platform that has it just to make sure that it works and then go back to enjoy. I signed up for a free trial yesterday. The website’s instructions are terrible. After reading SOMEONE ELSE’s advice, I realized how it was supposed to work. I got one streaming service connected in the app. But still nothing will play. It just endlessly spins. Today, I went to the website try to try to find a contact number and the site doesn’t work anymore. So now I’m stuck with this terrible service. I was really excited about the possibility of this service and did my best to make it work. I am extremely frustrated and feel taken advantage of. **Developer response:** Hello There. I was psyched to see HBO shows I’ve been dying to watch only to find the filters only work partially or not all. Definitely wouldn’t trial this for the whole family, even on the “certified” filtered options unless you want to scar your kids. Hope they can accomplish what they’re setting out to do but for now I’d stick with VidAngel and Clearplay as they ACTUALLY work. **Developer response:** Hello There, I'm so very sorry to hear this was the experience you had when using the Enjoy app. Sounds like something was off as our "Fully Certified Filters" should edit out all of your selected categories. The films that say "Language fIlters Available" will indeed only edit the language so you have to look at each movie to see what type of filters it has. Again I'm so sorry for the issues you had when using our app! ### 5/5 — How had I not heard of this? *2025-03-25* If you’re frustrated with needless f-bombs in shows, this is a great app. Unlike some other options, it works with literally EVERYTHING that has subtitles or captions. It has lots of awesome features like ad-skipping, ai enhanced video, and the option to watch at a faster speed as well. There’s even a free option with fewer features and limits on use. They do have some fully filtered movies and shows, but unfortunately those are just the ones people have taken the time to do themselves, so that’s rather limited. But for muting swearing and still knowing what is going on thanks to the censored subtitles, this is a great option! ### 5/5 — Wonderful Program with Great Customer Service *2025-03-22* Enjoy Movies has excellent customer service. The program has allowed my family to watch many movies that we wouldn’t have been able to watch without a filter. I asked Enjoy Movies to filter an anime movie for me, and they did. The team is very kind and I can really tell that they are trying to make an excellent program. I got the app on my TV. I connected to my Netflix and it just repeatedly have me the message it was language only filter then an error it couldn’t play. NOTHING would play. Then I tried to watch on my laptop it would not recognize my Netflix was already connected so when I would try to connect the page would glitch and just say loading, no code no anything. I ran into an issue while watching on my Roku TV, so I emailed customer service. It is amazing that you can use it for free on prime and YouTube, and then only pay $8/month to use it on all your other streaming services. It includes Disney which other similar services don’t. It doesn’t require a computer like other services, but we use it right on our Roku. It is so easy to adjust filters and adjust as needed with each individual movie/show or keep it set one way. Every show/movie is included for language filters and then many others have full filters. Their customer service is amazing and so so helpful and responsive. When the series ended I thought I had either cancelled or reverted back to the "free subscription" mode. Recently, I noticed that I was still being charged for the service and was obviously annoyed. I contacted the company via email for a cancellation and explanation of charges. I did not expect to hear back- especially so quickly. Not only did Enjoy Movies Your Way provide an immediate cancellation- they refunded me as well. This was above and beyond what I expected.
