Been trying for whole year, seems like they don’t care to update the app and fix it at all, so makes me only wonder, what happens if you have any problem with them while using the car? Discouraging for any user ### 1/5 — Still not working *2023-11-15, version 3.5.2* I almost got excited to see a new version available for download… I thought, maybe they figured out how to make it work… installed, entered my american phone number (they claim to accept american driving licenses), waited in vain to receive a message with the verification code, deleted the app. Congrats Eni! ### 1/5 — Awful, hopeless, useless *2023-10-19, version 3.5.1* Please please save yourself from 2 hours of totally wasted time. It just doesn’t work. When you have finally navigated through all the bugs & terrible design (eg. forcing you to select a country dial code option from a list of international dialling codes that is NOT in numerical order, but is totally randomised - unbelievable - but just one of many dreadful design faults) - anyway - when you finally get to the part that requires your documents - they are simply “not recognised” regardless of how many ways you have tried to comply with the uploading protocol. So that’s the end - 2 hours of my life wasted. ### 1/5 — Just terrible *2023-09-30* Local Roman. Documents accepted but can’t add a payment. Tired 3 cards + PayPal and the account was blocked. Contacted “support” which was just as terrible as the app itself. Rude and unhelpful. No point in trying with this app anymore, it’s such a waste of time and energy. Probably works just fine for Europeans (otherwise I don’t know who are all those people zipping around). And you can’t use the service without that. I wish people would stop inventing yet-another-car-sharing apps on a dime that work like crap, and would cooperate with bigger international brands that actually did spend some money to get their apps working. This app does not work at all; it’s not possible to upload or update documents and it becomes blocked preventing any further use. I’ve made countless emails and calls since last November 2021 with no resolution, and it’s now October 2022 Customer service is nonexistent and are, along with the developers, negligently incompetent. ### 1/5 — Registration impossible *2022-10-16* The last step, adding driver’s license, perpetually fails for no obvious reason- very frustrating waste of time ### 1/5 — App scandalosamente inutile, customer service peggio! *2022-10-12, version 3.3.4* Ho usato il servizio alcune volte e immancabilmente con problemi di apertura macchina o di termine noleggio. Mesi fa ho rinnovato la patente e l’app si rifiuta di accettare il nuovo documento. Ho chiamato il customer service che mi ha consigliato di re installare l’app e mi hanno anche detto che mi avrebbero inviato un’email con un link per il caricamento dei documenti. Mail mai arrivate (neanche in spam) e app reinstall sta con lo stesso problema. Ho poi mandato un’email al customer service alla quale ho ricevuto risposta dopo TRE MESI!!!! La risposta: cancella e reinstalla l’app!! Davvero inutile. Haven’t use the service for months now. If eni enjoys not cashing my money money i am fine: i’ll keep on renting electric mopeds from cooltra for what i care. Application seems to have been designed by a frustrated public employee…a nine to fiver who does not much about human centric design ### 1/5 — Dokument verification doesn’t work *2025-01-10* Incredibly, even years after users have complained here that document upload isn’t working, it still hasn’t been fixed. Moved to Milan and successfully registered for 3 car sharing services - Eni being the only one not working. Ho anche contattato il customer service più volte che mi ripete le stesse istruzioni che già ho provato senza successo… possibile che non possano ricevere i documenti via mail/ altro canale? Call center verification path for document verification lets you take photos of your passport and driver license, but will not let you take your international driver's permit, which, of course, is required for registration. Helpdesk call enter advises you to use app to register. The app developers are negligent in this Kafkaesque nightmare. This app should be forcibly removed from the AppStore. ### 1/5 — Utter Rubbish *2024-08-19, version 3.6.8* Great idea in principal but until the App accepts Passports/Driving Licence from outside Italy you get error code and can’t complete registration!! It also only allows pictures to be taken for key documents and no picture upload capability, rather frustrating to say the least! Until all these bugs are sorted I’d definitely avoid!!
