I’ve spent two days trying to get live preview.  I’m at my wits end

The main reason for this app was to view live feed from my Tikee mini+ to my phone. However, whenever after I connect to the direct WiFi that the camera provides, it stays loading the live feed, even after minutes of waiting. Setup was decent but this app is useless if live view doesn’t work.

I’m stuck in a loop, downloading the app, getting a message that it’s deprecated, being told to update app, and being taken to the App Store to download the version of the app that I already have.

Steuerung der Kamera ist Per App sowie per Browser mangelhaft, Support nur per Chat zu eingeschränkten Zeiten. 

Um etwas mit den Bilddaten anfangen zu können, müssen teure Abos hinzugebucht werden.

App ist nur eine Verkleidung für die Programmcode, didaktisch entsprechend 0-1-0. Finger weg von dem Produkt.

Multiple devices and the updated app won’t launch beyond “Checking Parameters”. This essentially bricks the camera until this is fixed.

Plein d’options sympas. Mais il faut revoir le système de pré visualisation, ça n’est absolument pas pratique pour faire le réglage du cadre des photos à prendre. Je reverrai ma note dès que ce pb sera réglé.

Firstly, the functionality and performance of the Tikee camera is great but the remote app is incredibly buggy. The preview function only work when your phone is connected to wifi but will not recognise the phones LTE data connection. So if you are on a remote site with no wifi you can’t preview as it won’t recognise the phones data as an internet connection. I got around this by connecting to another phones hotspot. But this is incredibly frustrating process. Also setting a new sequence from the app only works sometimes. Most of the time I press the new sequence button nothing happens. The blutooth also randomly disconnects in the middle of set up. This could be great, but it hasn’t given me much confidence when setting a camera up for a client.
