Link in email goes to web page, reset sets password, saves in key chain BUT app tells you the password is incorrect despite using the keychain. Tried to reset 5 times. As a fairly new installer, it would be helpful for the mobile side to receive an update as it offers a bit more options that I dont see in the new Enphase Toolkit application. Also it would be helpful if we as installers can do somethings on our side in the manager such as push through current system updates and other tasks that CSR’s can take care of. After speaking to a rep today, they stated how there are installers who will call in and expect them to take care of certain tasks and they are technically only allowed to assist which is understandable. If there are something on Enphase’s side that we as installers could do to one, help efficiency and two, reduce the amount of time reps are helping i thing that would be great; leaving us to call in on major issues that we may need actual help with such as determining grid events or figuring out cross talk/noise issues with larger systems. ### 3/5 — Problems with my system *2021-03-14, version 2.0.7* Hello I have solar now for about 3 years, my App won’t show me what I’m giving to the Grid, it keeps showing what I’m pulling from grid, never export only import I purchased 3 extra panels so I know I’m good, and I have nothing On in my house, ok Fridge , clocks ### 2/5 — Monitoring is unreliable *2019-05-13, version 2.0.7* Constantly requires restarting when there is a power failure. Then, the data collected is erroneous ### 4/5 — Must Have *2019-04-18, version 2.0.7* If you only have MyEnlighten you are at the mercy of your installer. I was misled for the better part of a year when my solar production dropped by a lot. My installer told me everything was AOK and MyEnlighten showed all was normal. Once I installed Manager and paid the activation fee ($249) I found 4 panels barely producing and huge variances in the panels that were. Once armed with proof the installer came out and replaced 4 inverters and flashed the rest with new firmware. The anomalies were cured and my production soared. If you want to know what is really going on with your array, you need this app! ### 1/5 — Is not enlighten manager ? *2019-02-10, version 2.0.7* This app when I download it is not enlighten manager it change name is my enlighten it’s not the same what is the problem a bog ? ### 1/5 — Trouble *2018-08-06, version 2.0.7* Yesterday I changed my password and was able to login. Today this app has locked me out. Tried to get them to e-mail me and nothing. The app work fine but is pretty much useless if one is locked out. There's a bug when you open the app, it always defaults to Sep 8th as opposed to the current date. When selected I see the opening Enlighten screen initially then it disappears and the iOS app select screen reappears. I can log on and use Enlighten via the web site with this iPad. I am running iOS 11 but that wasn’t a problem two days ago either. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — You broke the login *2025-04-14, version 2.0.7* At some point login was broken and now you required to enter user and password every time. Even with iPhone enabled security. Fix it. ### 1/5 — Production total cut off on left side of screen *2024-04-24, version 2.0.7* This would maybe be useful if one could see the total production. It’s cut off from screen in the day, week, month, year, and lifetime views. Effectively useless. ### 1/5 — Just Horrible. *2022-11-22, version 2.0.7* Why even have an app this bad!!!!. It shares the same name “Enlighten” for the icon (same as viewing app) which can get confusing. I think Enphase should retire this app and create a new one for the Manager functions. Enlighten can’t stay connected for two freaking hours. I’ve gone to the support team several times. Nothing happened after going through seemingly stupid steps to reconnect. Oh, it generally does connect … only to disconnect within a few hours or a day. Sometimes it reconnects by itself … then, gone again! JUNK! Don’t waste your time with this app! ### 1/5 — No notification ability *2021-06-30, version 2.0.7* This is the way I’m supposed to monitor my solar - except you have to open the app, touch ‘more’ and then you see you have a message that your solar isn’t working. Sounds like no big deal, except if you have a life beyond your solar panels… ### 1/5 — Envoy connection *2019-02-14, version 2.0.7* Unfortunately the update took away to ability to connect to my Envoy while on my home WiFi. I found this connection very useful. Please restore this functionality. I loved the app before the update. The other newer app is pretty and there is some nice functionality in it Like day over day overlay of production, but is unfortunately too limited in general. I have to google it to be able to go on it. Why? It tries to open then goes blank. ### 5/5 — Has power graph. Like it. *2023-08-30, version 2.0.7* No doubt the new app can do more than this one if you have a complex system with batteries etc. but it doesn’t seem to have a basic power vs time graph (it does have energy vs time). This one has power vs time which is what I want to see with a simple micro system. Also this one looks more professional and is easier to read if you are using a phone screen rather than a tablet. ### 5/5 — Old but does what I need *2019-03-22, version 2.0.7* This is the old version of My Enlighten, which I suspect was brought back after all the complaints about the “upgrade”. Only found out I could still access this version a few days ago and I am very happy. This is now my go-to instead of the new one. It displays all the info I want in a better format. Only thing about the new one that’s handy is the ability to show a full month or year or all time. But I’ll do without that for the better presentation of the daily data. ### 5/5 — Use this instead of enphase enlighten *2019-02-07, version 2.0.7* The old enphase enlighten app was “upgraded” and became useless. This gives all of the data, including the useful histograms. ### 5/5 — Works well for me *2019-01-27, version 2.0.7* I am baffled by the one star ratings for this app. It has worked great for me from the get-go almost three years ago when our system first was installed and has continued working through multiple iOS updates without problems. Works on my iPhone as well as my iPad. Great tool to check your energy production as well as see if specific panels are under-performing. So, I am in the "fascination" period with frequent daily monitoring of my system's performance. This app fills the bill very nicely with power output, accumulated energy vs time at different granularities (within the day, past 7 days, for the month, and total). Same with graphing. With Manager, I can also monitor each of my panel's output.
