It has been like that for 4-5 days now and I wonder if anyone is paying attention. Not sure even one star is applicable as it does not work anymore. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for reaching out. The ENMAX App is currently at version 2.2 which can be confirmed/updated from the App Store. Please close any background sessions and launch the app again to see if this solves the issue. Cannot log into app despite being able to log into website with same credentials. Called Enmax for solution… they couldn’t explain it. ### 1/5 — It’s so slow *2024-07-16* Takes forever to load. It’s funny since the app is not even loaded with very many functions, you would think speed will be one of it’s attributes. Seems the latest update isn’t working and hasn’t been for a few weeks based on other comments. It all works there w old password and everything. When was this created if you don’t mind me asking? **Developer response:** The ENMAX App was released in March 2022. For all I knew this was some Ukrainian provider of call girls ### 4/5 — Cannot login app version 2.4 iOS *2024-05-02* I got forced to update the iOS app to v2.4. Now I cannot login the app. This is annoying. Please check and fix it. We hope that future improvements will turn your 4 stars into 5! ### 3/5 — Need to upgrade *2024-01-17* Great app Enmax needs to allow visa debit payment be so much better and easier ### 3/5 — Slow, credit card updating needs updating *2023-05-24* I clicked on manage payments and that took a while to backtrack bc it’s slow. The technology exists to scan a card to add it please update this. At the very least change the expiry month for the cards. Card expiry months are digits not names make the month the digit to make it easier for some people that don’t make the change as easily. I’ve never seen this system used before where the name gets converted to digits instead of just entering digits; of course this last point goes away if the card can just be scanned **Developer response:** Thank you so much for providing your feedback! The app use to work perfectly and was no nonsense, it’s a bummer that I have to go to my desktop just to see billing history. **Developer response:** Thank you for sending in your feedback.
