## What is EnNavi?

■ Safety-first ICT for kindergartens and preschools

EnNavi connects schools and families in one app, built around three safety pillars: emergency alerts, school-bus child-safety checks, and nap-time monitoring — plus daily notes, attendance, QR check-in, lunch menus, photo sharing and medication logs.

The app works in five languages (English, Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Korean), so it fits international preschools and overseas Japanese kindergartens where families speak different languages at home.

EMERGENCY ALERTS
- Broadcast instantly from templates for earthquakes, storms, air pollution, floods or intruders
- See exactly which parents have read the alert; call unread families straight from the list
- The server automatically re-sends while alerts remain unread
- Record child handovers at pickup, so you know who was released to whom
- Every parent receives notifications in their own language
- Critical Alerts on iPhone: emergency notifications can sound even when the phone is muted or in Focus mode (with each user's consent)

BUS CHILD-SAFETY CHECKS
- Board and drop off each child with a per-child checklist. A trip cannot be completed while any child is unaccounted for
- A mandatory empty-vehicle inspection before ending each trip
- Forced completions require a written reason and automatically notify school staff
- Parents track the bus in real time and see the ETA to their stop

NAP CHECKS (SIDS SAFETY RECORDS)
- The screen guides breathing-and-position checks every 5 minutes; overdue checks turn red
- Prone (face-down) sleeping is logged with a warning; breathing concerns are recorded in one tap
- Records are tamper-resistant, and parents can view their own child's nap records

QR CHECK-IN
One scan records arrival or departure and instantly notifies parents. Each QR carries an HMAC signature with a one-time code to block copying and tampering.

LUNCH AND SNACK MENUS
Share weekly and monthly menus with photos. Each child's allergens are highlighted in red. Nutrition info supported.

MEDICATION LOG
Manage medication requests from parents and administration records by teachers. Pending doses appear on the dashboard.

PHOTO SHARING AND PRINT ORDERS
Photos organized by class and child. Families place print orders (L / 2L / A4 / digital) and the school manages them in the app.
