I was able to setup the bell, unfortunate I never get notifications. The bell doesn’t serve it’s purpose as a result. Customer support website doesn’t work either.

Rubbish, don't waste your money, no way of answering a call from a locked screen, complete waste of time.

I was buy Ennio bell they work good but last few days when on my mobile APP IS open then bell work on my mobile but if my mobile screen is locked they not work in my iPhone notification on but still bell rings not work when screen is locked so pls
Help me I was install in new mobile, I was reset door bell but still same problem so give me help

The bell was working fine under the iOS 8.4 but after the update to iOS 8.4.1 the bell stopped working on my phone, is there any update for the Ennio Bell App to fix this problem?
