Just says “redirecting” and will never do anything else. ### 1/5 — 🍅 *2026-07-05, version 52.1* You can’t even get past the first preview… ever. ### 1/5 — Awful! *2026-06-17, version 52.0* It constantly asks you to sign in over and over again. You can’t get anything done! Based on my experience—and feedback from others—the performance on Apple devices is inconsistent and often frustrating. A web browser provides a much more reliable and user-friendly experience on iOS. Improvements to stability and functionality on Apple devices would make a significant difference. ### 1/5 — The worst *2026-04-16, version 51.0* This has to be one of the worst apps I have on my phone. I can’t go paperless because I can’t view any messages within my portal. I have to login about three times before I get to my account. I thought deleting and reinstalling would help, not at all. I called to add another member and they wanted me to use the app. The app wouldn’t let me. This is the worst. It’s time to update the app. ### 1/5 — The Worts *2026-04-15, version 51.0* Terrible, the app is unusable, just use the website. Not that you will have much less stress doing so as the entire marketplace is a mess, my coverage is constantly getting messed up and they even send me tax forms that are all jacked up and filled out incorrect.
