Especially for apple devices. You fine if you have android or android tablets or computers windows and apple computers fine. All of the other apple devices, No updates to the app for any of its problems that I have reported. It’s not allowing apps to be submitted on the SOA’s or the Enrollment Apps. It’s just freezes at the very end when trying to close it out. It’s even showing confirmation numbers but not closing out and enrolling the client. ### 1/5 — EHUB *2019-10-17, version 1.5.3* Terrible! And to update Ipad to 13.1.2 ### 5/5 — Fast and effective *2018-10-05* Great app. Does exactly what it’s designed to do! ### 4/5 — EHub Glitch *2019-10-18* When migrating from Scope to App, try just closing EHub completely and log back in. You may find the scope in appointments offering “Enroll”. Seems to go fine after an App reboot. I have 60 submitted apps since starting to use EHub. Don’t be afraid to close it completely, everything will be there when it reopens. ### 4/5 — Humana Hub *2018-12-02* Have had times it locked up. Some more work needs to be done in that regard. Using chrome. ### 3/5 — Update for iPad Pro 11 *2020-03-19* The iPad Pro 11 came out in 2018 and Apple just released the second generation of this tablet. The screen is still fitted to the older model of the iPad, the 9.7 and/or 10.5 models. Please allow me to use the entire 11 in screen. Also there’s a little bit of a lag when the member is signing. It was not there a few versions ago but it is on there now and it is a little annoying. ### 3/5 — Oct 15 *2019-10-15* I downloaded the updated version it appears to work now.
