I have been charged £40 via Apple Pay, but the app does not show any driver or booking confirmation. I called the customer service, but was told there was no booking under my name. I explained the situation, but the call was cut off. I then emailed and called again, only to be told no payment was received, and again the call was ended abruptly. This is unacceptable. I have attached the payment proof and screenshots for your reference by email Please Refund the £40 immediately , I won’t use your services anymore! Booked taxi on Saturday for following Wednesday. Tuesday night, the taxi was cancelled. I called them and was told to rebook. Which I did. Wednesday 15 minutes before due time, received another message, taxi cancelled. I phoned again and was told that they had no drivers today as most were Muslim. Surely they knew this on Saturday! I understand that I might not get a taxi straight away, but the app just states waiting for driver, without any indication of how long that might be. Would benefit from a queuing system or approximate ETA. Before a driver is assigned to the trip you should be able to cancel for free.
