    • Once you complete your program, simply take an assessment again to receive a new program based on your new results. This will ensure you always train with a perfectly adapted program.
    • Our program structure is simple and straightforward, and will easily let you access each workout of each week at once, no surprise and nothing to “unlock”. Just pure transparency.
    • We promise there is no Artificial Intelligence here, your program is NOT designed by a robot. Instead, we rely on a carefully planned assessment and an algorithm based on our extremely efficient Enso Calisthenics method to craft the perfect program for you.

Seriously, I’m a very picky person when it comes to workout apps. This calisthenics app is ALL YOU NEED and is perfect for beginner to advanced. Besides, there’s a free trial! Honestly, the owner of the app gives more value than I’ve ever seen in a workout app. You can literally feel and experience Nico’s genuine desire to help you reach your goals. If you’re like me and you downloaded all the calisthenics apps to see which you like best do yourself a favor and save yourself some time. I’ve looked at and used all the apps and you can go ahead and delete them. Seriously, this Enso app has everything you need. It even has a calorie calculator! The value is honestly ridiculous and I brag about this app to anyone who will listen. A++++ 10/10
